Jeannie C. Riley isn't a country music one-hit wonder, but she is considered a one-hit wonder in the world of pop music. Back in 1968, she released her first album called Harper Valley PTA, and the first single, Harper Valley PTA skyrocketed to #1 on both the country and pop charts.
