Steam - Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye

Steam topped the charts back in 1969 with their song, Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye. The song was actually written and recorded by studio musicians Garrett Scott, Dale Frashuer, and producer/writer Paul Leka at Mercury studios in New York City. When it topped the charts, Leka put together a band called Steam and sent them out on tour in support of the song. In 1970, the "Steam" was let out of the band and the band disbanded.

They left a legacy though that is still heard at sporting events worldwide whenever a team wins a game. Enjoy!
